Latar belakang; Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu badan usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan jasa yang berfungsi memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, kualitas mutu pelayanan rumah sakit di pengaruhi oleh kinerja perawat. Kinerja perawat di pengaruhi oleh banyak faktor baik dari lingkungan kerja maupun dari masing-masing individu perawat.
Metode; penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional dan uji Spearman Rank. Sampel diambil dari keseluruhan populasi menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, yaitu 127 sampel dengan pembagian kuesioner secara merata pada tujuh ruang rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Roemani Semarang.
Hasil; hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan di rumah Sakit Roemani Semarang adalah motivasi,supervisi dan kapasitas pekerjaan. Uji Rank spearman yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi,supervisi dan kapasitas pekerjaan dengan kinerja perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Roemani. Nilai motivasi(r=0.481, sig(2tailed)=0.00), supervisi (r=0.435, sig(2-tailed)=0.00), dan kapasitas pekerjaan (r=0.492, sig(2-tailed)=0.00) dengan #945; 0.05.
Kesimpulan; ada hubungan antara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Roemani Semarang.

Background; hospital is one of a legal institute which is working in services that serves the health service to the community, the quality of hospital service quality influenced by the performance of nurses. Performance of nurses influenced by many factors both from the work environment as well as of each individual nurse.
Method; descriptive correlation study with cross-sectional study design and the Spearman Rank test. Samples taken from the entire population using simple random sampling technique, which is 127 samples divided evenly at seven inpatient room at Roemani Hospital Semarang by spreading the questionnaire.
Result; research results show that the factors that influence the performance of nurses in providing nursing care at home Roemani Hospital Semarang is motivation, supervision and work capacity. Spearman Rank test that was done shows that there is a relationship between motivation, supervision and work capacity with the nurse performance in giving nursing care in Roemani Hospital. The value of motivation (r = 0481, sig (2-tailed) = 0.00), supervision (r = 0435, sig (2-tailed) = 0.00), and work capacity (r = 0492, sig (2-tailed) = 0.00) with #945; 0.05.
Conclusion; there was significant correlation between the influence factors to nurse performance in giving nursing in Roemani hospital of Semarang.
